Jun Harada
Rev. Dr. Jun Harada spent his childhood in Japan before moving to the US. He is an avid musician who has a great love for worship. Throughout his life, he served ministries working with Jr. high, Sr. high, college students and adults. He has been in full-time ministry serving churches as a pastor, worship pastor, youth pastor, college pastor, community development director, Christian education director, church admin, and Young Life staff for over 30 years in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, Virginia, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Colorado, as well as in Japan. He also volunteered as a worship team member in several other churches. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary with an M.Div., holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, and holds a Doctor of Worship Studies from Institute of Worship Studies. Jun and his wife, Dorothy of 37 years have one daughter Elisabeth age 17. Besides preaching, singing and playing guitar, he loves working with computers, spending time in his kitchen figuring out new recipes, and enjoying time outside playing golf and hiking.
